First STAND meeting was a downer.

Tonight was upsetting. After school, Charles came and I dragged Matt Wittie in there. James Kennedy came briefly, and some other chick kept coming in and out. So later I went to the House of Africa on Thomas Avenue. I talked to the two owners who happen to be from Africa. They gave me lots of useful information and said they would help get the word out, and would interested in sponsoring an event. Actually, Ishmael, one of the owners, suggested that I create this blog to inform you all. They also told me that #50 on the Charlotte Bobcats is active in the same cause as we are. I want to partner up with them and see if we can just be heard somehow. Does anyone have connections to the news? Or radio? Let me know. If you want my number, email me for it.
